Camps are run in the School Holidays and are for players aged between 5 and 16 years old. A camp runs over three days from 9.00am to 2.30pm (8:30am registration). During camps players are put into age groups and are given skill acquisition sessions in the morning. During the break coaches run fun activities such as the biggest flag competition, dance off, master chef, water bomb fights and joke off. After lunch players play in a World Cup competition.
Specialist days include GK’s Day and Strikers Day. Additionally Players will have the option in the future to do more specialist days focusing on being position specific. For example attacking midfield play.

The development camps are specialised camps aimed at U6 to U16 players. These will be offered at three times over the year. These camps are designed to push the top players.
Players from any club can attend these sessions allowing them to improve their game and skill level. These programs are more advanced, focusing on good technique, team shape and style of play. The inflatable Soccer field is not used. Normally these programs are designed to meet the individual needs of every player. Sessions focus on phases of play including attacking and defending as a team and as an individual. Development training programs last 8 weeks in duration and are run throughout the year.
Development Training Before School Programs
These programs are more advanced, focusing on good technique, team shape and style of play. The inflatable Soccer field is not used. Normally these programs are designed to meet the needs of School and College Soccer Teams or Clubs.
WEEK OF A PROFESSIONAL
The week of a professional camp has been popular for players in JPL, QPL and NPL competitions. Included in the Week of a Professional Camps include the following coaching sessions, functional, phase of play, small sided game (SSG), technical practices and eleven a side games. Players are also challenged in seminars which range from sports psychology, player roles and responsibilities and sports nutrition to name a few.
